So Brian decided that it would be funny to teach Kaity a fun little phrase to repeat. Have you all heard of Achmed the Dead Terrorist? He is a puppet that one of my favorite comedians (Jeff Dunham) uses when on stage. Here's the link to one of his videos on You Tube.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MugQDD2FcKQAnyway moving on....So he has been teaching Kaity to say "I KILL YOU!" Well it backfired on him. He had taken Kaity up to Southpoint the other day to run around in the play area so that I could have the house to myself to study. Well KAITY was running around the play area with all the other kids yelling at the top of her lungs "I KILL YOU!" So as you could IMAGINE all of the other parents were staring at Brian. Ha, ha, ha Brian!!!! Isn't that just peachy. Then the other day when I got out of class early I called Brian and of course Kaity wanted on the phone to talk. So as she was talking to me on the phone (I absolutely love it when she does that, it is TOO CUTE!) I had said to her "Kaity, I love you". Usually she will reply with "I uv you too" but no not this time. After a long pause between me telling her that I loved her she replied with "I KILL YOU!" I was dying laughing on the phone as was Brian in the background. So then she replied with "I so funny" and then she started laughing. I could have killed Brian for teaching her that but it was SO funny!!! At least she isn't saying the S*** word anymore like she was. That was thanks to me :(! It just goes to show you that little kids really do listen to what you have to say and will repeat those words just like a parrot. Now I can't wait until she gets a little older and Brian will start having her act just like Pearl in that Will Ferrell video on YouTube. I just LOVE that man too!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XK-b07JbTRUI feel like I am such a bad mom for allowing this to happen but one day when we are all older I know that we will all laugh way too hard at this.

I can not wait until my math class is over and done with. I am TIRED of having papers to write-in MATH!!!! We are starting our trig section tonight so I KNOW that will be easy enough. I LOVED trig in high school and I am hoping that what he is covering will be just what I think that it is. Sine, Cosine and Tangents were the easiest for me and I hope that is what it will be.

I just feel like lately I have been down in the dumps. I don't know why nor does Brian. I just feel stressed out all the time and I think that it has much to do with school. I hate that I allow such little things in life stress me out. I find myself crying for no reason and it is killing Brian. I keep telling him that nothing is (which there really is not anything wrong) and sometimes people just need to cry to let the stress out. Most people feel better after a good cry or at least I do. After shedding tears, there is generally a feeling of relief for me and renewed strength to face any and all situations. Yet after doing some research I found that evidence suggests that there may be more to crying than just expressing feelings. Scientific research has found that tears produced by emotional crying, may be one of the ways that the bodies dispose toxic substances. I guess that I just have a lot of toxins in my body that my body is trying to get rid of. Thats the only way that I can explain it. I would say that it would make more sense if I were pregnant but since they is no way that I can be then it has to be that I am just releasing stress.

I was absolutely blowed over by my PSY class tonight. I couldn't believe the relief that I got from learning that it was going to be basically an open book class. Take home quizzes, study guides and one research project made this class a welcome relief. So it truly balances out well with my math class.

So my only MAT class is turning out to be a very different class from what I expected. First off, we were very fortunate in our last two classes to get out way before 10pm. This class our professor believes in holding us until 10. Oh well! The second thing to surprise me was that this class will be just problem solving. The first night we were there we had a group activity at the end of class that involved us doing a Sudoku puzzle. The third thing was that we will have to do four research projects. I couldn't believe that when I read the syllabus. Lastly, the fact that we will be doing our homework online surprised me too. I would have bet that we would have had homework to turn in but we don't. This should be pretty interesting. Plus this time around we have 25 students in our class. Our last two classes had no more than 15. So I will have 4 papers to write (luckily not in any specific format, i.e. MLA or APA) and 7 assignments. i wonder what PSY will look like.

...and only 6 more to go. I finished my PSY and ENG class this week and next week starts MAT and my PSY 330 classes. Considering how hard my first psychology class was I wondering how hard my second class will be. I ended up getting an A in ENG and I am glad that that will be my only ENG class that I will have to deal with. I ended up getting a B in PYS, so now my GPA is 3.5 -for now.

I think that over all today was a great day--for the most part. I got spend part of it with him up at Tyler's (our favourite restaurant) while I was studying for ENG. I am just hoping that I get a good grade on it and on my exam as well. I am having Prof. McBride send my paper back to me so I can see what kind of grade I ended up getting on it. The presentation that I had to do along with ended up being long (way to long) and I didn't get to nervous while standing up there. Oh, how I hate to talk in front of people! I hate that I am like that but it is something that I am going to HAVE to get over. So all I have left is my PSY exam this Thursday and I will be starting my next set of classes next week. It's really hard to believe that I am already 5 weeks into this semester. I hope that time continues to fly on by the way that it has been. Only 6 more classes to go until the real fun begins.

So last night, early this morning, I began to blow up about 200 balloons so Kaity could have a whole mess of them to play with when she woke up in the morning. Well I dozed off on the couch and when she woke up at 2:30 she came out of her room and into the living room and saw all of the balloons and she has been up ever since. She is WAY too excited over these things. Score one for Mommy! She loves it when I put all of the tiny ones into a bag and just pour them over her. I felt bad because we woke Brian up. All I know is that it made her day and mine.
Oh, Kaity loves to jump into the 4 foot end of the swimming pool with no one around. She is such a little dare devil. The other day at the pool she decides to jump in with me being more than 6 feet away. I felt like a bad mom but when she came up she was laughing SO HARD. She loved it, I added a few more greys too my collection. She did the exact same thing to Grandma in her pool. She is such a butt.
Those storms that we had the last two nights were phenomenal. The wind had to of been close to 60 mph. plus the lightning coming down was gorgeous. I couldn't take my eyes off of the sky. Kaity loved it too. Lightning and thunder don't bother her at all. I guess she has the love-of-weather gene in her too :)! I just wish that I hadn't gotten so absorbed into the storm, otherwise I would have video taped it.
We are going to Joe's party tomorrow and I made my vegetable/flower arrangement. B helped and he liked how it turned out. I am going to take a pic of it right before I take it over. I figure I will go over around 3 so I can monitor Steve on the seasoning of the meat. We have differing views on how stuff should taste.
I got an A on my presentation. Now I am going to be curious as to see how I did on the actual paper itself. I am crossing my fingers that I got an A. That way I will end up with an A- in my PSY class. I am thinking that I will probably end up getting the same grade in my ENG class.
I have one more paper to write for ENG along with studying for the exam and for my exam in PSY. Should be easy though. Last test I was one of two to get an A on the test, everyone else got a 46 (F---) or below. I felt bad since she said that she wasn't going to grade on a curve because of that. Oh well!

So it has been a while-not intentional of course-since I have been on here to blog. It's just that I have been busy studying, taking notes and writing papers. Next week I have end of class exams and my English paper due. I am turning my Psychology paper in tomorrow, one week early. I didn't want to have to worry about trying to turn in two papers at once. I want to start and finish my last paper on Friday so I will have all weekend to study for both classes. Hard to believe that these five weeks are almost over with. I ended up choosing the subject on wineries for my process paper. Should end up being very easy for me to do.
Kaity now is into telling knock-knock jokes and giving people raspberries. I will be standing next to Brian and I will ask Kaity "What do you do to Daddy's belly?". She will lift up his shirt, take a deep breath and blow on his belly really loudly. I love it as does he. She is also into telling jokes. She will say "Knock-knock" and I will say "Who's' there?" and she will either laugh or say Kaity or something else. Two days ago however when her and I were doing playing, she asked me knock-knock and and after I replied, she looked at me for a second and said in a sad voice "Oh, s***". I died laughing. So now she THINKS it is OK to say that word. I am going to have to break her of that habit pretty quickly. Thought that I had before when she used to say it (like she did once in front of an old lady at Harris Teeter) but I guess I did not.
Now I understand why so many people can't or won't go to school. I am growing very tired of the whole extra loan process. I am thankful that I don't need near as much as others do or did in my class, but none the less, the process in which to apply is a pain in the a**. Oh well, just think of how much I will be making when all said and done........way, way more than Brian!
What else.....hmmm.....going to see the fire works at the Bulls stadium this year. I am not 100% positive though, have to see what Brian says.
Kaity's uncle Joe is having his party on Saturday. I am going to make a vegi arrangement and a fruit arrangement just like that one company does-yet mine will be far better than what they can produce. I am trying to think of something different to take over since I REALLY don't feel like cooking anything in the kitchen since it has been so hot. I am sure to wow everyone with what I can make. I will take a pic if I can remember.
